In an effort to ensure our clients get the best service possible with regards to pricing, appointment availability, and customer service, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice given via phone or text message directly to Waxing Beauty Suite, when you receive your reminder notification, if you wish to cancel or reschedule. 

Your appointment request will only be approved if you have added your card to your file. Failure to add your card to file will result in a decline of the appointment request. We do not have access to your card information.

Penalty for cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment is 100% of the service you booked, and will be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any services. 

There is also a charge of $25 if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. We know that life happens, please communicate if you are running late!

MEET YANNY.

Yanny has been in the beauty industry for almost twenty years. A veteran of the United States Army, she began her career as a makeup artist, which cultivated her desire to study esthetics. That desire led her to Aveda Institute in Washington, DC, where she graduated at the top of her class in 2014. She became a Licensed Esthetician mid 2015.

She believes: “If people know how to take better care of their skin, they wouldn’t work so hard to hide or cover their skin.”

While attending Aveda, she became infatuated with body waxing when a team from the European Wax Center (EWC) gave a quick tutorial to the graduating class. After graduation, she started working at EWC, and though it was for a short time, it ignited an insatiable passion for waxing that continues to this day. 

Yanny has spent many hours continuing her education and sharpening her craft to become a faster and more knowledgeable wax specialist. From waxing with hard, soft, and sugar wax, to learning about ingrown hair treatments, hyperpigmentation, and growth patterns, she continues to strengthen her knowledge base to become an expert in her field.
